When Your Lord told Moses to go to the unjust people of the Pharaoh 10 "The people of the Pharaoh: will they not fear Allah?" 11 He said, “My Lord, I fear that they will deny me.” 12 My heart is constrained, my tongue falters, so delegate Aaron; 13 And they have a crime against me, so I fear that they shall slay me. 14 [Allah] said, "No. Go both of you with Our signs; indeed, We are with you, listening. 15 Go to the Pharaoh and tell him: 'We bring a message from the Lord of all the worlds 16 ‘That you let the Descendants of Israel go with us.’” 17 Pharaoh said: "Did we not bring you up among us when you were a child? 18 Yet you were ungrateful and have done the deed you did' 19 Said Moosa, “I did that at a time when I was unaware of the consequences.” (In anger – See verse 28:15) 20 so I fled from you, fearing you. But my Lord gave me Judgment and made me one of the Envoys. 21 “And is this some great reward for which you express favour upon me – that you have enslaved the Descendants of Israel?” 22 Pharaoh said: "And what is the 'Lord and Cherisher of the worlds'?" 23 (Moses) said: "The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, if you can believe." 24 (The Pharaoh) said to those around him: "Do you hear?" 25 Moses said: "(He is) Your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers of yore." 26 Fir'awn said: verily your apostle who hath been sent unto you is mad. 27 He said: The Lord of the east and the west and what is between them, if you understand. 28 Pharaoh said, "If you put forward any god other than me, I will surely put you in prison". 29 'What, even if I brought you something clear' said he (Moses). 30 Pharaoh said, "Show it then, if you are telling the truth!" 31 So he cast his staff, and behold, it was a serpent manifest. 32 And he drew out his hand, and it appeared [shining] white to the beholders. 33
