The warnings came also to Pharaoh's folk. 41 but they rejected all Our miracles. So We seized them in the way that a Majestic and All-powerful One would. 42 What, are your unbelievers better than those? Or have you an immunity in the Scrolls? 43 Or do they say: "We are a well-accoutred army?" 44 The group will soon be routed, and will turn their backs to flee. 45 Nay, the hour is their promised time, and the hour shall be most grievous and bitter. 46 Lo! the guilty are in error and madness. 47 The Day they will be dragged in the Fire on their faces (it will be said to them): "Taste you the touch of Hell!" 48 We have indeed created all things by a proper measure. 49 And Our command is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 Thus, indeed, did We destroy people like you [in the past]: who, then, is willing to take it to heart? 51 And each and everything they have done is noted in (their) Records (of deeds). 52 everything large or small, is duly inscribed. 53 Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers, 54 At the still centre in the proximity of the King all-powerful. 55
