۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 do you make it your provision to belie it? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 and if he be a Companion of the Right: 90 There will be the salutation by those of the right hand: "Peace on you. 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
