In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the winds sent forth in swift succession, 1 And the winds that blow violently 2 by the scatterers scattering 3 And those that distinguish distinctly, 4 And those winds that bring down the remembrance. 5 To end all argument or to warn. 6 Most surely what you are threatened with must come to pass. 7 When the stars are obliterated, 8 Heavens will rent asunder. 9 The mountains will be blown away as dust. 10 And when the messengers' time has come... 11 For what Day are these signs postponed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 What will explain to you what the Day of Judgement is? 14 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 15 Destroyed We not the former folk, 16 and let the latter follow them? 17 Thus do We deal with men of sin. 18 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 19 Did We not create you from contemptible water? 20 which We then placed in a secure repository 21 For a known term? 22 And We determined [it], and excellent [are We] to determine. 23 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected the revelations of God! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle, 25 For the living and the dead among you? 26 and have We not set on it proud, firm mountains, and given you sweet water to drink? 27 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 28 Depart to that you cried was lies! 29 "Depart ye to a Shadow (of smoke ascending) in three columns, 30 which neither gives shade nor protects one from the flames. 31 which - behold! - will throw up sparks like [burning] logs, 32 which seem as though they are yellow-coloured camels. 33 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 34 that Day on which they will not [be able to] utter a word, 35 Nor will they be given permission to present excuses. 36 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 37 This is the day of decision: We have gathered you and those of yore. 38 If you have any plans, use them. 39 Woe on the day unto the beliers! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
