With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of pace. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Likewise, no Messenger came to those before them, but they said: "A sorcerer or a madman!" 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me. 56 I want no sustenance from them nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
