The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 Perhaps you will kill yourself with grief because they do not believe. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 thus, indeed, have they given the lie (to this message as well). But [in time] they will come to understand what it was that they were wont to deride! 6 Observe they not the earth, how much We make to grow therein of every fruitful kind? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 Your Lord is the Majestic and the All-merciful. 9
