The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the Occurrence occurs, 1 – and then there will be no one to deny its occurrence – 2 (Many) will it bring low; (many) will it exalt; 3 When the earth is shaken violently, 4 The mountains bruised and crushed, 5 and will scatter abroad into fine dust. 6 And you will become divided into three categories. 7 Those on the Right -- how blessed are those on the Right! 8 And the People on the Left: and how miserable will be the People on the Left! 9 And the forerunners, the forerunners - 10 Who will be honoured 11 They will dwell in the Gardens of Bliss: 12 A numerous company from among the first, 13 and how few of the later folk) 14 upon close-wrought couches 15 Reclining therein face to face. 16 Youths of never-ending bloom will pass round to them 17 With cups, and jugs, and a glass from the flowing wine, 18 a drink by which their minds will not be clouded nor will it cause drunkenness; 19 And fruit that they prefer 20 and with the flesh of any fowl that they may desire. 21 And (there will be) Companions with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes,- 22 as the likeness of hidden pearls, 23 A recompense for that which they have been working. 24 They will not hear therein any vain or sinful talk, 25 Except the word peace, peace. 26 NOW AS FOR those who have attained to righteousness - what of those who have attained to righteousness? 27 They will be in (the shade) of thornless lote 28 Among Talh (banana-trees) with fruits piled one above another, 29 And shade extended 30 And water everflowing. 31 And plenty of fruits. 32 never-failing and never out of reach. 33 And [upon] beds raised high. 34 Perfectly We formed them, perfect, 35 And made them virgins. 36 Loving, of equal age. 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
