I swear by all that you can see, 38 and by what you do not see, 39 Behold, this [Qur'an] is indeed the [inspired] word of a noble apostle, 40 It is not the word of a poet: little it is ye believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer (or a foreteller), little is that you remember! 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 if he had invented any lies about Us, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 And there is no one of you who could prevent [Us] from him. 47 And verily it is an admonition unto the God-fearing. 48 And lo! We know that some among you will deny (it). 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 (Muhammad), glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 52
