۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 [Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
