Is it harder to create you or the heaven? But Allah built it, 27 He lifted up its vault, and levelled it, 28 And He made dark its night and brought out its light. 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 and has made the mountains firm: 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Lo! hell will be his home. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
