The Bee (Al-nahl)
128 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Cave (Al-Kahf) before Noah (Noah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ God's command comes; so seek not to hasten it. Glory be to Him! High be He exalted above that they associate with Him! 1 He sends down the angels with revelations by His command to whoever of His servants He pleases, saying, "Warn mankind that there is no god save Me, so fear Me." 2 He hath created the heavens and the earth with truth. High be He Exalted above all that they associate (with Him). 3 Man He created from a drop of semen; and still he becomes an open contender. 4 He created cattle which provide you with clothes, food, and other benefits. 5 In them there is beauty for you when you bring them home and when you lead them to pasture. 6 They carry your loads to places which you could otherwise not reach without great hardship, surely, your Lord is compassionate and merciful, 7 And (He made) horses and mules and asses that you might ride upon them and as an ornament; and He creates what you do not know. 8 And Allah's is the direction of the way, and some (roads) go not straight. And had He willed He would have led you all aright. 9
