And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 121 Indeed they are two of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
