No! I swear by that you see 38 And that which ye see not. 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 It is not the speech of a poet (little do you believe) 41 Nor diviner's speech - little is it that ye remember! 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We would have seized him by his right hand, 45 then, We would surely have cut from him the aorta (vein) 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And behold, well do We know that among you are such as will give the lie to it: 49 it will be a source of bitter regret for those who deny the truth -- 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
