The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 But if We had so willed, We could have sent down to them a sign from the heavens so that their heads would be bowed down before it in utter humility. 4 [But We have not willed it:] and so, whenever there comes unto them any fresh reminder from the Most Gracious, they [who are blind of heart] always - turn their backs upon it: 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Observe they not the earth, how much We make to grow therein of every fruitful kind? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
