Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, 65 Lord of the heavens and earth and everything between them, the Almighty, the Most Forgiving." 66 Say, "This is momentous news, 67 "From which ye do turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 it has only been revealed to me that I am a plain warner." 70 Recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a human being from clay; 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down before him in prostration!" 72 The angels fell down prostrate, every one, 73 Except Iblis; he was proud and was, from the beginning, a disbeliever. 74 God said, "Satan, what prevented you from prostrating yourself to what I created with My own Hands? Were you overcome by arrogance, or are you of those who think [only] of themselves as exalted?" 75 He said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire, whilst him Thou didst create of clay. 76 [Allah] said, "Then get out of Paradise, for indeed, you are expelled. 77 and My rejection shall be thy due until the Day of Judgment!" 78 But Satan said, "My Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection," 79 [Allah] said, "So indeed, you are of those reprieved 80 till the Day of the known time' 81 He said, "By Your Glory, I shall seduce all of them (children of Adam). 82 "Except Thy Servants amongst them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)." 83 Said He, 'This is the truth, and the truth I say; 84 that I shall certainly fill hell with you and your followers all together". 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 This [divine writ,] behold, is no less than a reminder to all the worlds — 87 "And you shall certainly know the truth of it after a while. 88
