And to Allah only belongs the kingship of the heavens and the earth; and when the Last Day is established – on that day the followers of falsehood will suffer loss. 27 And you will see every nation kneeling [from fear]. Every nation will be called to its record [and told], "Today you will be recompensed for what you used to do. 28 This Our Record speaks about you with truth. Verily, We were recording what you used to do (i.e. Our angels used to record your deeds). 29 As for those who have believed and done good works, their Lord will admit them into His Mercy that is a mighty triumph! 30 But as to those who rejected Allah, (to them will be said): "Were not Our Signs rehearsed to you? But ye were arrogant, and were a people given to sin! 31 And when it was said; verily Allah's promise is true, and the Hour! there is no doubt thereof; ye said: we know not what the Hour is, we imagine it naught but an opinion, and we are not convinced. 32 And [on that Day,] the evil of their doings will become obvious to them, and they will be overwhelmed by the very thing which they were wont to deride. 33 And it will be said, "Today We will forget you as you forgot the meeting of this Day of yours, and your refuge is the Fire, and for you there are no helpers. 34 This because you laughed at God's revelations and were taken in by the life of the world." So they will neither be taken out of it, nor will be asked to seek God's favour on that day. 35 Then praise be to Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, the Lord of the Worlds. 36 And His (Alone) is the Majesty in the heavens and the earth, and He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. 37
