Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), have We not comforted your heart, 1 relieved you of the burden 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
