Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 He brought forth from it its water and its pasturage. 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 Wherein art thou (concerned) with the declaration thereof? 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
