The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We shall make easy for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) the easy way (i.e. the doing of righteous deeds). 8 REMIND, THEN, [others of the truth, regardless of] whether this reminding [would seem to] be of use [or not]: 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 Only the wretch will turn aside, 11 [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 To happiness [in the life to come] will indeed attain he who attains to purity [in this world,] 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
