The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Woe to every fault-finding back-biter, 1 Who has gathered wealth and counted it, 2 He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal. 3 Never! He will certainly be thrown into the Crushing One. 4 How will you comprehend what Hutama is? 5 The Fire of God kindled 6 Which mounts directed at the hearts. 7 (And) vaults them over 8 In extended columns. 9
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
