We have indeed, sent down to you the Koran, a (clear) sending, 23 So wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and do not yield to anyone among them who is sinful or ungrateful; 24 And remember the Name of your Lord every morning and afternoon [i.e. offering of the Morning (Fajr), Zuhr, and 'Asr prayers]. 25 And during the night prostrate to Him and exalt Him a long [part of the] night. 26 Behold, they [who are unmindful of God] love this fleeting life, and leave behind them [all thought of] a grief-laden Day. 27 It is We Who creared them and made them firm of make. And whenever We list, We can replace them with others like unto them. 28 Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way. 29 And you do not will except that Allah wills. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise. 30 He makes whom He pleases to enter into His mercy; and (as for) the unjust, He has prepared for them a painful chastisement. 31
