Tell them the story of Abraham, 69 When he said to his father and his people: "What do you worship?" 70 They said: We worship idols, and are ever devoted unto them. 71 He said: Do they hear you when you call? 72 Or do they benefit or harm you? 73 They said, 'Nay, but we found our fathers so doing.' 74 He said: See now that which ye worship, 75 you and those ancient forebears of yours? 76 "For they are enemies to me; not so the Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds; 77 "Who created me, and it is He Who guides me; 78 He Who feedeth me and giveth me to drink. 79 He who cures me when I am ill; 80 He will cause me to die and will bring me back to life. 81 and who, [hope, will forgive me my faults on Judgment Day! 82 “My Lord, bestow me the command and join me with those who deserve your proximity.” 83 And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations. 84 And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure. 85 And forgive my father; verily he is of the erring. 86 And disgrace me not on the Day when (all the creatures) will be resurrected; 87 The Day when neither wealth nor sons shall benefit 88 but only he that brings to Allah a sound heart will (attain to success)." 89 And Paradise shall be brought forward for the godfearing, 90 whereas the blazing fire will be laid open before those who had been lost in grievous error; 91 It shall be said to them, 'Where is that you were serving 92 Besides Allah? Can they help you or yet help themselves? 93 So they and all the astray were flung into hell. 94 and so too the hosts of Iblis, all of them. 95 "They will say there in their mutual bickerings: 96 'By God, we were certainly in manifest error 97 In equating you with the Lord of all the worlds; 98 yet they who have seduced us [into believing in you] are the truly guilty ones! 99 Now we have no intercessors 100 Nor any sincere friend. 101 O that we might return again, and be among the believers!' 102 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 103 surely, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 104

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
