We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer. 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 Flee therefore unto Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 50 Do not choose other gods besides Him. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you". 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength. 58 The wrong-doers shall receive a portion of the chastisements as their fellows (of yore). So let them not rush Me. 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60
