The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
