The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
CONSIDER the sky full of great constellations, 1 And by the Promised Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection); 2 By the witness and the witnessed! 3 slain were the Men of the Pit, 4 [Containing] the fire full of fuel, 5 When they were sitting at its edge. 6 And they were witnesses of what they did with the believers. 7 whom they hated for no other reason than that they believed in God, the Almighty, the Praiseworthy, 8 To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah, over all things, is Witness. 9 Surely those who tormented the believing men and the believing women and then did not repent, theirs shall be the chastisement of Hell, and theirs shall be the chastisement of burning. 10 Those who believe, and do righteous deeds, for them await gardens underneath which rivers flow; that is the great triumph. 11 The grip of your Lord is severe indeed! 12 It is He who creates all things and causes them to return. 13 And He only is the Oft Forgiving, the Beloved of His bondmen. 14 Lord of the Throne, the All-glorious, 15 a sovereign doer of whatever He wills. 16 Hast thou received the story of the hosts, 17 Of the Fir'awn and the Thamud? 18 But they who disbelieve are in [persistent] denial, 19 But Allah doth encompass them from behind! 20 Indeed, this is a Glorious Koran, 21 (Inscribed) in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (The Preserved Tablet)! 22
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
