He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ (The Prophet (Peace be upon him)) frowned and turned away, 1 Because a blind man came to him. 2 But what could tell thee but that perchance he might grow (in spiritual understanding)?- 3 Or take heed and so the reminder might avail him? 4 As for him who thinks himself self-sufficient, 5 to him thou attendest 6 though you are not to be blamed if he would not purify himself -- 7 But as for him who cometh unto thee with earnest purpose 8 And he fears, 9 you ignore him. 10 Nay, (do not do like this), indeed it (these Verses of this Quran) are an admonition, 11 For any one who desires to bear it in mind, 12 (It is) in Records held (greatly) in honour (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 13 Exalted (in dignity), purified, 14 by the hands of the noble, virtuous, 15 noble and virtuous scribes. 16 Cursed be man! how ungrateful is he! 17 From what thing doth He create him? 18 From Nutfah (male and female semen drops) He created him, and then set him in due proportion; 19 Then maketh the way easy for him, 20 Then He causes his death and provides a grave for him. 21 then, when He wills, He raises him. 22 By no means he performed not that which He had commanded him. 23 Let man look at his food: 24 How We pour water in showers 25 and split the earth, splitting, 26 to yield therein corn, 27 And grapes and green fodder 28 And the olive and the palm, 29 thickly planted gardens, 30 and fruits and pastures 31 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 32 But when the deafening cry shall be sounded 33 it will be such a day when a person will run away from his brother, 34 his mother, his father, 35 And his wife and his children, 36 Every man that day will have concern enough to make him heedless (of others). 37 Some faces on that Day shall be beaming with happiness, 38 laughing and joyous 39 And many a face will be covered with dust on that day. 40 Blackness overcoming them. 41 It is they, the disbelievers, the sinners. 42
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
