Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2

But what is the matter with those who deny the truth, that they come hastening towards you 36 From the right and from the left, in crowds? 37 Doth every man among them hope to enter the Garden of Delight? 38 Never! For, behold, We have created them out of something that they know [only too well]! 39 I do not need to swear by the Lord of the eastern and western regions that We have certainly all the power 40 to replace them with [people] better than they are; for there is nothing to prevent Us [from doing what We will]. 41 Hence, leave them to indulge in idle talk and play [with words] until they face that [Judgment] Day of theirs which they have been promised 42 the Day when they shall rush from their graves, as if they were hurrying to a raised flag, 43 Their eyes will be downcast and disgrace will overwhelm them. Such is the Day that they were promised. 44

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
