Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed this [divine writ] on Night of Destiny. 1 What could let you know what the Night of Honor is! 2 The Night of Power is better than a thousand months. 3 The angels and the Spirit descend therein, by the permission of their Lord, with all decrees. 4 This Night is all peace until the break of dawn. 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: Destiny (Al-Qadr). Sent down in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)
