The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the striking (Hour)? 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 He is in the lap of one that abases. 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 A burning fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
