۞ O mankind! ye are needers unto Allah, and Allah! He is the Self-Sufficient, the Praiseworthy 15 If He will, He can be rid of you and bring (instead of you) some new creation. 16 this is not a great matter for Allah. 17 And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And if a heavily laden soul calls [another] to [carry some of] its load, nothing of it will be carried, even if he should be a close relative. You can only warn those who fear their Lord unseen and have established prayer. And whoever purifies himself only purifies himself for [the benefit of] his soul. And to Allah is the [final] destination. 18 The blind and the sighted are not equal, 19 Nor are (alike) the darkness (disbelief) and the light (Belief in Islamic Monotheism). 20 Nor are (alike) the shade and the sun's heat. 21 not equal are the living and the dead. God makes to hear whomsoever He will; thou canst not make those in their tombs to hear - 22 Thou art naught but a warner. 23 Verily, We have sent thee with the truth, as a bearer of glad tidings and a warner: for there never was any community but a warner has [lived and] passed away in its midst. 24 And if they belie you, those before them also belied. Their Messengers came to them with clear signs, and with the Scriptures, and the book giving light. 25 then I seized the unbelievers, and how was My horror! 26
