Say thou: I am but warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer. 65 "The Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- Exalted in Might, able to enforce His Will, forgiving again and again." 66 Say: “This is a tiding of tremendous import 67 "From which ye do turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the exalted chiefs when they contended: 69 Naught is revealed to me save that I am a plain warner. 70 When your Lord said to the angels: "I am going to create a man from clay; 71 When I have shaped him, and breathed My spirit in him, fall you down, bowing before him!' 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 Not so Iblis: he was haughty, and became one of those who reject Faith. 74 Said He, 'Iblis, what prevented thee to bow thyself before that I created with My own hands? Hast thou waxed proud, or art thou of the lofty ones?' 75 He said, "I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 And lo! My curse is on thee till the Day of Judgment. 78 Satan said: “My Lord, then grant me respite till the Day that they are raised up.” 79 (God) said: "You have the respite 80 Till the appointed day." 81 Said he, 'Now, by Thy glory, I shall pervert them all together, 82 “Except Your chosen bondmen among them.” 83 (Allah) said: "Then it is just and fitting- and I say what is just and fitting- 84 Most certainly will I fill hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together!" 85 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for this, and I am no simulating. 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 You will certainly know its truthfulness after a certain time. 88
