۞ O mankind, you are those in need of Allah, while Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy. 15 if He so wished, He could take you away and replace you with a new creation; 16 that is not difficult for God. 17 No one can bear another's burden. If a heavily laden one should call another to carry his load, none of it shall be carried by the other, even though he be a near of kin. (O Prophet), you can warn only those who fear their Lord without seeing Him and establish Prayer. Whoever purifies himself does so to his own good. To Allah is the final return. 18 For [thus it is:] the blind and the seeing are not equal; 19 nor are the depths of darkness and the light; 20 nor cool shade and torrid heat; 21 Equal are not the living and the dead. Verily God makes those He will to listen; but you cannot make those hear who are in their graves. 22 Thou art but a warner. 23 We have sent you in all truth as a bearer of glad news and a warner. No nation who lived before was left without a warner. 24 And if they belie you, those before them also belied. Their Messengers came to them with clear signs, and with the Scriptures, and the book giving light. 25 so I seized the unbelievers and how terrible was their torment. 26
