Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 (And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure. 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 "No sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave it." 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 And that My punishment-- that is the painful punishment. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They replied, "Do not be afraid. We have brought you the glad news of (the birth) of a learned son". 53 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?" 54 They said: We bring thee good tidings in truth. So be not thou of the despairing. 55 Abraham said: "Who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except the misguided?" 56 He added: "What is your errand O sent ones?" 57 They said: Surely we are sent towards a guilty people, 58 barring Lot's household, all of whom, behold, we shall save 59 except his wife who is doomed to be left behind." 60
