3/4 Hizb 45

Noah called to Us, and We are the Best to answer. 75 And We delivered him and his people from the great affliction. 76 And We made his offspring the survivors. 77 and We established for him a good name among posterity. 78 Peace be with Noah among all men in the worlds. 79 Thus do We reward all those who do good. 80 Verily he was of Our bondmen believing. 81 Then We drowned the others. 82 ۞ And indeed Ibrahim is from his (Nooh’s) group. 83 when he turned to his Sustainer with a heart free of evil, 84 When he said unto his father and his folk: What is it that ye worship? 85 Is it a falsehood-god beside Allah that ye desire? 86 What do you imagine the Lord of the worlds to be?" 87 Then he looked carefully at the stars 88 And said, "I am sick," 89 So they went away from him, turning back. 90 He turned to their gods and said, "Do you not eat? 91 What is the matter with you that you do not speak? 92 He then began striking them with his right hand, unseen by the people. 93 Then came (the worshippers) with hurried steps, and faced (him). 94 Abraham said to them: “Do you worship what you yourselves have carved with your own hands 95 While Allah created you and that which you do?" 96 They spoke among themselves: “Build him a pyre and then throw him into the furnace.” 97 But whereas they sought to do evil unto him, We [frustrated their designs, and thus] brought them low? 98 (Abraham) said, "I will go to my Lord who will guide me". 99 "O my Lord! Grant me a righteous (son)!" 100 Wherefore We gave him the glad tidings of a boy gentle. 101 and when he was old enough to go about and work with him, (one day) Abraham said to him: “My son, I see in my dream that I am slaughtering you. So consider (and tell me) what you think.” He said: “Do as you are bidden. You will find me, if Allah so wills, among the steadfast.” 102 And when they had both submitted and he put him down upon his forehead, 103 We cried out: “O Abraham, 104 "Thou hast already fulfilled the vision!" - thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 105 For this was obviously a trial- 106 And We ransomed him with a tremendous sacrifice, 107 and We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 108 "Peace and salutation to Abraham!" 109 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 110 for he was truly one of our believing servants. 111 Then We gave him the good tidings of Isaac, a Prophet, one of the righteous. 112 And We blessed him and Isaac. Among the offspring of the two some did good and some plainly wronged themselves. 113

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
