And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron. 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they were the vanquishers. 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And verily, Iliyas (Elias) was one of the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Would you call on Baal and leave the best of creators, 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
