The unbelievers have said, "Shall we and our fathers be brought out of the graves after we become dust? 67 We have certainly been promised this, we and our fathers before; these are naught but stories of the ancients 68 Say: Travel in the earth, then see how was the end of the guilty. 69 And grieve thou not over them nor be straitened because of that which they plot. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say, “It could be that a part of what you are impatient for is (already) after you.” 72 Lo! thy Lord is full of bounty for mankind, but most of them do not give thanks. 73 And most surely your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they manifest. 74 There is nothing of the hidden in the heavens and the earth that is not recorded in the luminous Book. 75 Surely this Quran declares to the children of Israel most of what they differ in. 76 certainly it is guidance and a blessing for the believers. 77 Your Lord will judge among them according to His own decree. He is Majestic and All-Knowing. 78 Hence, place thy trust in God [alone] - for, behold, that in which thou believest is truth self-evident. 79 Surely you do not make the dead to hear, and you do not make the deaf to hear the call when they go back retreating. 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none to hear, save those who believe Our revelations and who have surrendered. 81 ۞ And when the word befalls them, We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them, [saying] that the people were, of Our verses, not certain [in faith]. 82
