Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
The tree of Zaqqum will indeed be 43 The food of sinners. 44 Like molten copper boiling in the belly 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of boiling water, 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 “Indeed this is what you used to doubt about.” 50 As to the Righteous (they will be) in a position of Security, 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 There in security, they will call for every kind of fruit. 55 They will not experience any death other than that which they have already been through. 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
