1/2 Hizb 54

۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 And that is indeed a tremendous oath, if you understand. 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why, then, when [the last breath] comes up to the throat [of a dying man,] 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water 93 and the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
