Do you not consider those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah - how are they averted? 69 Those who deny the Scripture and that wherewith We send Our messengers. But they will come to know, 70 when they shall have to carry the shackles and chains [of their own making] around their necks, 71 into boiling water and then they will be burned in the fire. 72 They will then be asked: "Where are they you took as partners 73 Other than Allah?" They will say, "They have departed from us; rather, we did not used to invoke previously anything." Thus does Allah put astray the disbelievers. 74 (They will be told): “This is because while you were on earth you took delight in untruth and exulted in it. 75 Enter the gates of Gehenna, to dwell therein forever.' How evil is the lodging of those that are proud! 76 Therefore have patience, the Promise of Allah is true. Whether We show you something of that We promise them or call you to Us, to Us they shall all return. 77 Verily We sent messengers before thee, among them those of whom We have told thee, and some of whom We have not told thee; and it was not given to any messenger that he should bring a portent save by Allah's leave, but when Allah's commandment cometh (the cause) is judged aright, and the followers of vanity will then be lost. 78
