Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has certainly gone far astray. 116 In His stead, they invoke only lifeless symbols - thus invoking none but a rebellious Satan 117 Allah did curse him, but he said: "I will take of Thy servants a portion Marked off; 118 And mislead them and tempt them, and order them to slit the ears of animals; and order them to alter God's creation." He who holds Satan as friend in place of God will assuredly be damned to perdition. 119 he holds out promises to them, and fills them with vain desires: but Satan's promises are nothing but delusion. 120 Such men -- their refuge shall be Gehenna, and they shall find no asylum from it. 121 But as for those who believe and do good works We shall bring them into Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide for ever. It is a promise from Allah in truth; and who can be more truthful than Allah in utterance? 122 It will not be in accordance with your desires, nor the desires of the People of the Scripture. He who doeth wrong will have the recompense thereof, and will not find against Allah any protecting friend or helper. 123 And whoever does righteous good deeds, male or female, and is a true believer in the Oneness of Allah (Muslim), such will enter Paradise and not the least injustice, even to the size of a Naqira (speck on the back of a date-stone), will be done to them. 124 And who has a better religion than he who submits himself entirely to Allah? And he is the doer of good (to others) and follows the faith of Ibrahim, the upright one, and Allah took Ibrahim as a friend. 125 For, unto God belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and indeed, God encompasses everything. 126
