In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the (Winds) sent forth one after another (to man's profit); 1 Then by oath of those that push with a strong gust. 2 By the spreading winds spreading. 3 Then by those that clearly differentiate the right and wrong. 4 and then cast (Allah's) remembrance (in people's hearts), 5 [promising] freedom from blame or [offering] a warning! 6 Verily that which ye are promised is about to befall. 7 When the stars are obliterated, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder, 9 The mountains will be blown away as dust. 10 And when the messengers' time has come... 11 For what Day was it postponed? 12 To the day of decision. 13 And what will make you comprehend what the day of decision is? 14 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 15 Did We not destroy the earlier peoples? 16 So shall We make later generations to follow them. 17 Thus do We deal with the criminals. 18 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 19 Did We not create you from a humble fluid, 20 and place it in a secure place 21 For a known term? 22 For We do determine (according to need); for We are the best to determine (things). 23 Woe, on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 24 Made We not the earth to be a housing 25 The living and the dead, 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 On that Day (of Judgment) woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 28 Proceed to that which you denied. 29 Proceed to a shadow rising in three columns: 30 “Which neither gives shade, nor saves from the flame.” 31 Verily it shall cast forth sparks like unto a castle. 32 As if they were tawny camels. 33 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 34 On that Day they will be speechless, 35 Nor will they be given permission to present excuses. 36 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 37 'This is the Day of Decision; We have joined you with the ancients; 38 So if you have a plan, plan against Me (now). 39 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
