The All High (Al-A'alaa)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 who creates [every thing,] and thereupon forms it in accordance with what it is meant to be, 2 Who measureth, then guideth; 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 So remind, if the reminder should benefit; 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 and suffer the heat of the great fire 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
