1/2 Hizb 54

۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 We are closer to him than you, even though you cannot see? 85 Wherefore then, if ye are not to be requited 86 That you send it (not) back-- if you are truthful? 87 And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah, 88 there shall be calmness and ease, a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he is of those on the right, 90 Then upon you is the greetings of peace (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), from those on the right. 91 And if he is one of the rejecters, the erring ones, 92 He shall have an entertainment of boiling water, 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
