Nuh said: My Lord! surely they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children have added to him nothing but loss. 21 "And they have plotted a mighty plot. 22 And they have said: Forsake not your gods. Forsake not Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr. 23 They have led many astray; so lead the wrongdoers to further error." 24 Because of their sins they were drowned, then were made to enter the Fire, and they found none to help them instead of Allah. 25 And Nuh (Noah) said: "My Lord! Leave not one of the disbelievers on the earth! 26 for certainly if You should leave them (alive), they will mislead Your servants, and will beget none but sinners and utter unbelievers. 27 My Lord, forgive me and my parents, and whoever enters my house as a believer, and forgive all believers, both men and women, and do not increase the wrong-doers in anything except perdition.” 28
