The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Alif. Lam. Mim. 1 This Book, there is no doubt in it, is a guide to those who guard (against evil). 2 who believe in the Unseen, and perform the prayer, and expend of that We have provided them; 3 Who believe in that which has been sent down to you (Prophet Muhammad) and what has been sent down before you (to Prophets Jesus and Moses) and firmly believe in the Everlasting Life. 4 These are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that shall be successful. 5 BEHOLD, as for those who are bent on denying the truth - it is all one to them whether thou warnest them or dost not warn them: they will not believe. 6 God has sealed their hearts and their hearing, and over their eyes is a veil; and awesome suffering awaits them. 7
