He it is Who hath made the earth subservient unto you, so Walk in the paths thereof and eat of His providence. And unto Him will be the resurrection (of the dead). 15 Are ye secure that He who is in the heaven will not sink the earth with you and then it should quake? 16 Or do ye feel secure that He Who is in Heaven will not send against you a violent tornado (with showers of stones), so that ye shall know how (terrible) was My warning? 17 And indeed those before them had denied – therefore how did My rejection turn out! 18 Have they, then, never beheld the birds above them, spreading their wings and drawing them in? None but the Most Gracious upholds them: for, verily, He keeps all things in His sight. 19 Do you have any armies who will help you against the Beneficent God? The disbelievers are certainly deceived (by satan). 20 Who shall provide for you if He withholds His sustenance? Nay; but they persist in rebellion and aversion. 21 What! is he who goes prone upon his face better guided or he who walks upright upon a straight path? 22 Say thou: He it is who hath brought you forth and hath endowed you with hearing and sights and hearts. Little thanks it is ye give! 23 Say, "It is God who has settled you on the earth and to Him you will be resurrected". 24 And they say, “When will this promise come, if you are truthful?” 25 Say: 'The knowledge (of that) is with Allah; I am only a clear warner' 26 When they will see it near at hand, the faces of all those who had denied it will be distraught, and then they will be told: “This is the doom which you used to ask for.” 27 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Tell me! If Allah destroys me, and those with me, or He bestows His Mercy on us, - who can save the disbelievers from a painful torment?" 28 Say, "He is the Beneficent One in whom we have faith and trust. You will soon know who is in manifest error". 29 Say: "See ye?- If your stream be some morning lost (in the underground earth), who then can supply you with clear-flowing water?" 30
