Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 And exalted for you your esteem? 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard, 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
