The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the forthcoming event does occur. 1 there is no denying its coming 2 some shall be abased and others exalted. 3 When the earth will tremble, shivering. 4 And the mountains shall be made to crumble with (an awful) crumbling, 5 Becoming dust scattered abroad, 6 you shall be divided into three parties, 7 So those on the Right Hand (i.e. those who will be given their Records in their right hands), Who will be those on the Right Hand? (As a respect for them, because they will enter Paradise). 8 Those on the Left -- how unlucky are those on the Left! 9 And the foremost are the foremost, 10 Those are they who will be brought nigh 11 In the gardens of bliss. 12 A number of the earlier peoples, 13 and only a few of them from the later generations. 14 upon close-wrought couches 15 Reclining thereon, face to face. 16 Surrounded by immortal boys. 17 With goblets and ewers and a cup of limpid drink. 18 No headache will they have therefrom, nor will they be intoxicated - 19 And fruit; that they may choose. 20 Bird meats that they relish, 21 And (there are) fair ones with wide, lovely eyes, 22 beautiful as pearls hidden in their shells. 23 [And this will be] a reward for what they did [in life]. 24 They will not hear any useless speech in it, or any sin. 25 Only the saying, "Peace! Peace". 26 And those on the right hand; what of those on the right hand? 27 mid thornless lote-trees 28 and serried acacias, 29 and spreading shade 30 and outpoured waters, 31 And fruits numberless, 32 unfailing and not forbidden. 33 and upraised couches. 34 Perfectly We formed them, perfect, 35 and We made them spotless virgins, 36 full of love, well-matched 37 for those on the Right, 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
