The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, 1 who created and shaped, 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. 10 but aloof from it will remain that most hapless wretch 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 Lasting happiness will be for those who purify themselves, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Most surely this is in the earlier scriptures, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
