Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 So woe to the worshippers 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 to those who make display 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
